Diet Myths Uncovered
There are many myths surrounding the different ways you can loose weight. Here are just a few:
Myth 1
Skipping breakfast is a good way to lose weight. WRONG - skipping breakfast will just make yu feel tired and hungry, which means you will be more tempted to by naughtly foods later in the day.
Myth 2
Eating at night makes you gain weight. WRONG. If you are eating too much it doesn't matter when you eat! It is better not to eat a big meal just before you go to bed for your digestive system, but this will not make you put on weight.
Myth 3
You shouldn't snack between meals. WRONG. Having healthy snacks between meals will halp you control your appetite so snacks such as fruit or vegetables are a great.
